hi Friends today am free and i wanted to replicate some thing nice i saw on net its a orb like thing with icons. Am almost in there but i think still some thing is missing some where.Gurus can you please help fine tune this one please ?? Am indebted to you all. I added the source png and the one am trying to replicate as well.

cool one thanks. Am curious to know how it looks on a dark background just like i used at the top.Let me try it.

This is my attempt but I think you two had the right ideas! I found it a tad hard to make that glass effect.
