What do you want to do with the file in InDesign?
Do you want to edit it, or just view it?

InDesign supports PNG files, so you should have no trouble just dragging
and dropping a Fireworks PNG file onto an InDesign page.
However, editing it is another issue.
If you need to edit the Fireworks PNG file again, you'll need to open it
in Fireworks by doing a right-click (or CTRL+click) and select Edit Original,
make your changes and then resave it.

Without knowing how you plan to use the Fireworks data in InDesign,
it's difficult to provide detailed advice; but suffice to say that you can
import Fireworks PNGs (or regular 8-bit, or 24-bit PNGs) into InDesign.
